Development in Indianola is Set to Take OffThe amount of land that has become available in the last year has increased by 254 acres with more coming soon. There is land for residential, industrial, and commercial now available. Indianola is looking to work with landowners, businesses, and developers to help accelerate their projects. The community will soon announce a 167 acre mixed-use development that when completed would be valued at $100 million.
